Wie is Natasha Martinoska?
-A person who works with heart and soul;
-Iemand with the head in the heaven, the heart in the right place and the feet on the ground;
-Very practical, grounded, light-footed and to the point, with an eye for quality as well as detail;
- A pioneer who breaks through the taboos and makes paths for others;
- A person who strives to excellence, both in the professional and the private life;
-A multicultural person, I call myself a world citizen.
My purpose in my life is to inspire people to develop their talents to the fullest of their potential, so that they can live a more happy and fulfilled life.
"Our deepest fear is not that we are inadequate. Our deepest fear is that we are powerful beyond measure. It is our light, not our darkness that most frightens us." - Marianne Williamson
My strongest quality is profoundness. Since very young I've been self-reflective, trying to understand the essence and deepest motives of people. I was always puzzling. And I love to see people growing and developing. Therefore, the choice to work as a Coach was very natural for me.
Furthermore I am:
-A woman, wife, daughter, friend and a sister.
-An Economist (MA in international business): I've worked for 7 years in ProCredit Bank Macedonia.
-A Results Life Coach:
a) Before I started working for myself, I worked for 6 years together with Ton Creemers (my very talented husband who is a deep psychologist, and very experienced Coach in guiding people and organizations), he is the love of my life and my eternal inspiration.
b) I completed my Coach training at Robbins-Madanes Training under the guidance of my teachers Tony Robbins, Cloe Madanes, Mark Peysha and Magali Peysha. For me these people are the best in the world in their profession!
-An inspirator, motivator and guide.
What is the reason that I do what I do?
After completing my studies, I got a job at a large international bank which together with my colleagues we had to help set up in Macedonia from scratch. I worked there for 7 years, also in various management positions. I was married to my job, I trained people and teams and set up branches. But in the culture where I grew up and also in the bank, I noticed that fear was the biggest stimulus that motivated people's behavior. And I thought in that time "Is this life? Is this what I have studied for?"
My director was concerned that I would be too soft for my employees. To his great surprise, we've reached our business plans every year with more that 100 % together as a team.
At that time I became aware of my strength: I could recognize the needs of the people, support and inspire them through developing their Talents to a common goal.
And then I thought: "I do not believe in a culture of fear! I believe in LOVE, Understanding, Positive will, Kindness, Compassion, Collaborating, Sharing, Consulting, Trust, Respect ... I believe in the good in people."
And the business flourished and grew and the people too!
And this conviction brought me to the next step in my development.
I met my husband in a form that I did not expect at all. And the love grew in my heart. After 2 years of inner struggle, I left my job, my family and my country (against the will of many ...) and started all over again together with him in The Netherlands.
In the collaboration with him I saw how people change, learn, grow, become happy and free in themselves ... And then I knew: "this is what I want to do! This is my thing: to inspire people to develop their talents, so that they can be free, independent and powerful in life."
And since then my life has changed in ways I've never imagined.
I started to work for myself and I love my work. I feel at home in myself and in what I do. I feel at home in my relationship as well as in the house where I live. I am grateful every day for all the possibilities that God gives me.
I also want to inspire you to trust your feelings, follow your heart, develop your strength and not to settle down until you find your place home ❤️ .
