Do You Compare Yourself to Others?

Do You Compare Yourself to Others?

Hello dear people!

Here is Natasha with you today and today I ask you the question:

Do you compare yourself with others?

If you answer is Yes, then this video is for you! Unfortunately, many people compare themselves to others and this is really devastating for the development of your self-esteem system. And I feel so sorry about this!

Because I've been doing that for a long time too! I was born in a village and lived there until my eighteenth. At that time we had family members who lived in the city and who told me regularly that I should convince my father that we should also go to live in the city, because the city people don't want to deal with the village people and if we stay in the village we’ll stay as a second class. So, this story played a huge roll in my youth!

Thanks to my development further in life, to my life experience and to my work, happily I have understood that everyone is unique and has to follow his own path in life.

Namely, we are all born with certain talents and capacities. And there is no one else like you in on this planet. You have your own unique way in life to go, with your own purpose and your own destiny. And you can do the things only on your own specific way.

We are all equal in value, but we are not the same. Everyone is born with a certain limited personal power and everyone can develop within these limits.

Unfortunately, we live in a society that is built on competition. From the moment we are born we are teached to compare to others. As a result of my development I don’t believe any more in competition. I believe in working together, in cooperation. And to cooperate means to work together from equality and from our own free will, at the same time understanding the mutual dependence.

If we were all the same, there should be no one to clean the streets, to repair the roads, to drive the buses and to clean up the garbage. So, differences are needed in order that our society can be organized and we can support each other in the things we are good at! And that builds on your self-worthiness and also on your joy.

If you compare yourself with another person, then you place yourself or higher or lower in value than the other one. In both cases you lose energy and time and your self-worthiness is going down. Because to compare to others leads or to pride or to humiliation. And it is the thief of your energy, of your joy and of your well-being.

When you stop comparing then you trust yourself as well as the timing in your life. Then you're free. Then you focus on yourself and your creativity and insights can only grow and flow. Then you energy comes back, your joy comes back, and your breathing will become deeper...  And as a result you’ll get automatically more peace, more space and more overview in your life! AND then you'll know exactly what you need to do!

I share this with you in the hope to inspire you to focus on your own mission and your own purpose. Because only in this way we can add value to this world!

Share with me your experiences, your thoughts and feelings about this subject; I would love to hear from you!

Thanks for watching and until the next video!

With much love and appreciation,

Natasha
